Kenneth Jenkins, Project Chief Designer graduated first in his class from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1981. His early architectural practice included work on large mixed-use commercial and institutional projects. Several of these projects were awarded local and regional design awards. In 1989 Kenneth joined WATG as a senior designer. He served as senior project designer for many of the firm’s award winning projects, including: TheRitz-Carlton St. Thomas, St. Thomas, USVI, The Ritz-Carlton Key West, Florida, The Ritz-Carlton Prague, The Ritz-Carlton Berlin, The Ritz-Carlton Santa Barbara, and was part of the design team for The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok, The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, Maui, the Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort, Mexico and The Palace at the Lost City, Sun City, South Africa. In 1993, Kenneth moved to Asia started his own firm and began designing projects throughout China, including Hongkong. Projects included: Shanghai Dong Yin Business center; Hui Zhou Peach Blossom Villa, Guang Dong Province;Zhu Jia Jiao ‘Athletic Town’ Qing Pu Shanghai; The Links at White Dragon Bay Golf Resort Hotel and Clubhouse; the Alcanta International School, Shunde, Guangdong Province; and several Master planned communities throughout China. |
